zd77 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zd77 ("zd77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at zd77.asia and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces. By registering with zd77, you represent and warrant that you meet all the above eligibility requirements. Providing false information regarding your age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the zd77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods or identity documents, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering a zd77 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information as requested in the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and currency of your account information. zd77 reserves the right to verify all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point.

You are solely responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.

• Ensuring that you log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

zd77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above account security obligations.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

zd77 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. 12. Account Termination

You may close your zd77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure at your request, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

zd77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
